This gourd measures approximately 15 inches across and high, and incorporates several techniques. The sections are separated by couching date palm sticks, the top is coiled date palm, and the weaving technique on the front is called teneriffe. The gourd is colored with translucent leather dyes to show off the natural patterns on the gourd, so please keep it out of direct light.
