Apple gourds grow in the shape of an apple. It’s truly amazing. I paint them as such, and they may be ordered. I paint all varieties, as shown if you click on the detail button.  Most are about twice the size of a real apple and priced as listed.  Smaller/larger ones are sometimes available and priced accordingly.
